Questions and answers
- Is QeepX free?
- Yes. QeepX is free to download and free to use: joining rooms, going live, chatting, playing Ludo, Tic-Tac-Toe and Friendzoo cost nothing. Coins for sending gifts are optional.
- Which phones does QeepX run on?
- Android phones. The download page picks the right build (64-bit ARM for almost every phone, 32-bit or universal when needed). QeepX is a native app, built to run well on budget phones.
- How do I go live?
- Open the app, tap Go Live, choose Audio or Video, name the room and pick seats or a layout. Android asks for the microphone (and camera) once. Followers are notified when you start.
- How many people can be on mic or camera?
- Audio rooms offer Single, Pair, 5, 8 or 12 seats. Video lives offer Single LIVE (the host plus 3 side guests) or grids of 6, 9 or 12 on camera.
- What is the difference between My Live and Party Room?
- My Live is your own stream with a permanent room link and an audience. A Party Room is an open group room anyone can hop into, built for games, music and long hangouts.
- What are coins, Citrine and QP?
- Coins are what viewers spend on gifts. Citrine is what hosts earn from gifts and can withdraw once verified. QP are reward points for activity; they are never cash and cannot be withdrawn.
- How do I join a video live on camera?
- Tap Ask to join in the room (camera, or mic only). When the host accepts you are on camera at once. The host can mute, allow or remove you at any time.
- Can I translate the chat?
- Yes. Tap any message in a room or in your inbox to see it in your own language, the same way Instagram does it.
- Who can see my live?
- You choose: public, followers only or invite only. Stage Mode hides your lives from people you pick, and anyone you block never gets a notification that you are live.
- How does QeepX handle reports and safety?
- Every room and profile has a report button. Reports go to a human moderation desk; mass-report abuse is filtered automatically; uploaded photos are safety-checked before they appear; under-18 accounts cannot go live or receive gifts.
- What is Friendzoo?
- Friendzoo (FrndZoo) is the card-collecting and trading game inside QeepX: open packs, collect animal cards and trade duplicates with friends to complete your zoo.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Me › Settings › Delete account, or use the account-deletion page on this website. Deletion removes your profile, posts and messages as described in the Privacy policy.
