📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QeepX ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Users must be 13 years of age or older.

2. Virtual Collectible Social Cards

⚠️ QeepX Social Cards are virtual collectible digital items ONLY. They represent no ownership of, rights over, or relationship with any real person.

Cards are not securities, financial instruments, or investments of any kind. Card values fluctuate based on platform activity metrics and algorithmic pricing formulas. QeepX reserves the right to modify card pricing formulas, fees, and rules at any time. Card trading on QeepX is for entertainment purposes only. Past card value performance does not guarantee future value.

3. Virtual Currency

QeepX operates two virtual currencies:

  • QP (QeepCoin): Purchased with real money. Used to buy gifts, VIP badges, and social cards. All QP purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. QP has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Pyramid Pyrite (▲): Earned through receiving gifts in chatrooms. Cannot be purchased. Informational only at this time. Future redemption programs may be introduced at QeepX's sole discretion.

4. Audio Chatrooms

By participating in voice chatrooms, you consent to audio transmission to other room participants. QeepX does not record or store audio streams. Room hosts may remove participants at their discretion. You are responsible for all content you broadcast. No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or impersonation is permitted in rooms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant QeepX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content on the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to content you post. QeepX may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating fake accounts to manipulate card prices (pump-and-dump, bot farming)
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech targeting any individual or group
  • Sharing explicit, pornographic, or illegal content
  • Impersonating other users, public figures, or QeepX staff
  • Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform
  • Using the Platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity

7. Termination

QeepX may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, virtual currency balances are forfeited. You may request account deletion by emailing qeepmaster@qeepx.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

QeepX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. QeepX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for QP in the last 30 days.
