Delete your QeepX account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. This cannot be reversed after processing.
Request deletion
- Sign in to QeepX.
- Open Me → Settings → Legal & Safety.
- Email [email protected] from the email registered to your account with the subject “QeepX account deletion request” and include your username.
What happens next
We verify account ownership before processing. Public profile content and account identifiers are deleted or anonymised. Data required for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, payment records or legal obligations may be retained for the period stated in our Privacy Policy and then securely deleted.
We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
